I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years and bikram yoga for 6 years. I love all types of yoga and enjoy how it compliments my running. I am still working on making yoga an everyday commitment but I regularly squeeze in 2-3 classes a week. I wanted to share one of my go-to bikram yoga outfits. When I head to a bikram class, I want to wear as light of clothing as possible. Pants and t-shirts are not an option in a 95 degrees room with 45% humidity.
I love these forever21 pants because they are so light and airy. I also carry the SWELL water bottle everywhere and it is a staple in my purse.
