Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seed (raw shelled)
  • .2 tbsp MCT Oil 2-3 squirts of the liquid
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 4 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 scoop Organic Chocolate Protien Shake
  • 1 cup black coffee

Recipe Notes

Add all of the dry ingredients first. Top off with the MCT oil (2-3 squirts). Add the Almond milk and coffee. Add 6 ice cubes (the magic amount). Blend until completely mixed and no ice cubes. Enjoy!
